An air compressor running an air tool or impact wrench makes this job a whole lot easier. If not, I used a strap wrench to hold the axle shaft from turning in the past.

Use an air impact. Tighten both sides, lossen one side, then tighten it by hand, then loosen the other side with the gun, then use the gun on the other side. Repeat a few times if the first time doesn't work. Always hated the single shaft deal, but this usually works pretty good. If you don't have the impact just tighten and loosen the bolts a few times, or completely remove one, clean it with a brush, then re install it and repeat for the other side.

One thing to note .... On the Warrior there is a bolt on each side that threads into a shaft that goes completely from one side of the tunnel to the other. The FX Nytro doesn't have the full cross shaft. The FX Nytro doesn't use the cross shaft - there is a nut on the back side of each bolt on the inside of the tunnel.
