Hey all.

Theres lots of traffic here so I was hoping someone might pipe in...

Me and some buddies were thinking of trailering to near huntsville to ride in some snow (we dont have much locally) and was wondering if there is still meters of snow and how the trails are?

We have no idea of the area and dont know where to ride so any input would be great!

Or even if you know of someplace else with even more snow!

Thanks!!

Did they get some rain or something to loose some snow?

Ever since seeing the news, all I could think since then was tons of powder, hope they at least have better conditions than here...

Yup the rain did pack the snow. Id say we have a good solid 18" some places more. Trails looking good so far could use some more on top, but when do we not say that. Heres a pick of my place in the bush from Port Sydney taken Jan 14th 2010

alittle rain and settling overtime...

you gotta remember, they got that 120cms back on december 11th....over a month ago......and since then they have barely got 3" of any new snow, lots of sun and wind too since then.

that is a long dryspell for muskoka with little precip.....i just hope this milder pattern change brings some more snowfalls...sure could use some fresh stuff.

Dan

trails alright, roads are bare. Lakes are just starting to become alright. probably staking towards the end of next week.

Sounds good to me!

Were looking for some deep snow to play in, maybe some pole lines or anything.

Also, anyone know where we should stage our truck at?
