I have talked to a few members about this kit...it has been around since 2014...whats everyone experience with it. Sled is a 2011 xtx 1:75 bc..full hurricane kit, exhaust, airbox mod, pcv, autotune. Sled is clutched but is terrible below 25mph..engagementis 4800..it has a mash of parts in it now..dalton adjustable weights(from a proline kit), long 90/140 primary, bender racing helix(no angles) and a red/white secondary spring. Sled is strong when flipper is pressed..seen as high as 109 on speedo. Changed springs around got lower engagement..top end is fine but lost midrange..hard to figure out with a mash of parts and crappy winter.

So is this a Hurricane clutch kit? if so call Dave and he will get you pointed in the right direction. If this is a bunch of mixed matched parts that someone through together it never will work right. Your best option is to call a decent prefomance shop and get a kit that is set up for your machine. My buddy got a kit from Ullmer Racing we installed it and it was spot on and it made huge gains all the way through from dead stop to top end. If you try to do this your self( unless you have clutching experience)it will cost you a bunch of money and not to mention all the aggravation that goes along with it. There are a couple of good kits out there Schmidt Brothers,Ullmer Racing, and off course Hurricane Prefomance are a few. Also just so your aware the Speedo meter is probably a good 10 to 12 mph off to the slower side.

That's pretty fast for a Nytro maybe you should leave it the way it is.

Just hate the engagement...midrange seems sluggish with a softer spring...top end and top rpm are fine..just hard to figure out with not nowing the helix and secondary springThat's pretty fast for a Nytro maybe you should leave it the way it is.

Ya I hear ya not knowing what you have makes it very hard to figure out what you need to fix it
