with the new Ekholm skid, tunnel, skis, exhaust and 159" finger track, the RX1 will never be for sale. I have never ridden anything like it in the mountains. There were guys stuck everywhere you looked, and I could go anywhere I wanted. I rode circles around everywhere in the trees, never got stuck at all. There are a million better riders than me, there are guys that have spent far more than me on their sleds, but anyone that hasent ridden one of these has to. There was a guy in the mountains, with a GORGEOUS silver/blue rx1 turbo, he rode mine once and loved the skid, loved the ride. I am sure everyone that rode my sled will order a skid.
Bottom line, I was the biggest hater of the heavy hog, now I am, once again, a converted yamaha fan.

What is an Ekholm skid? Are you talking just shocks or is it the whole skid?
POWDERSLUT, did the tunnel make enough difference to justify the cost?

our skid is an entire rear suspension, pic didnt work, but I am sure I have one in here somewhere. Grapeape- changing the tunnel, which gives a real good drop and roll helps, but the guys riding our tunnel, and another skid that rode mine, ordered our suspension.
I have placed orders for 7 suspensions and tunnels since I got back, yesterday.
