I had a guy looking to buy my 06 Nytro. He backed out because he was concerned about a burble or a little bog if you make quick fairly large throttle pulls and keep the RPM less then 2250 or so.
I rode it and everything felt fine to me. No noticeable burble with a WOT takeoff. Only when he was playing with the RPM's at idle to the 2250 and using the quick pulls. It doesn't have any hesitation on a smooth pull either.
Ideas? I have to think this is normal but I never noticed it.

Thats possible. Like I said, when you ride it you don't notice it. Its only noticeable when you are messing around with the RPM's constantly between idle and 2250. I can only get it to do it if I hit it up to 2250 release and hit it up to 2250 again quickly. There is a short hesitation. But there is nothing noticeable on a hole shot. Like I said, I took it out and rode it and it was fine. I guess the guy rides his sleds in the 2250 RPM range.
Oh I forgot to mention. The sled is a new left over. Only has 500 miles on it.

I know mine has to really be warmed up or it will do that. Once its warm- nothing happens.

Thanks Nate.
How long have you been on Iowa City? I grew up there. Did I see somewhere that you fly also? I have a plane at the Iowa City airport.

I fly out of Green Castle, but I haven't been out there since around Thanksgiving. I've been in the Iowa City area since the early 80's, but I've lived in Iowa all my life. I live in Tiffin, but actually grew up in North Liberty. It's easier to just say Iowa City on the site though.
What kind of plane do you fly? Since being a member of Green Caastle, I have a choice of about 9 planes that I am certified in, but I fly an Arrow mostly. I'm only VFR though, with complex a rating, with just over 200 hours.

I have a Decathlon for fun but fly for the airlines for a job. You aren't associated with the Aerohawks R/C club are you?
