Idler wheel torque spec

What is the idler wheel torque spec for 2009 Vector and 2011 Apex? I just stripped a nut that is welded onto the back of a bracket on the Vector and it is $39.00 Cdn and looks like a real bear to re-install as there are 3 bolts, bushings, collars and a grease fitting that run through it as well as shock tension.

According to my service manual (2010 & 2011 RS Vector/Venture) they are 43 ft/lbs.

That's what I thought the spec was.I torqued them to 43 ft/lbs when I stripped the nut.
