2011 apex se , anyone have or hear of front idler wheel holder bolts coming loose or idler wheels coming loose

Haven't had them come loose but have stripped the idler wheel mount by tightening them to a torque spec of 43 ftlbs as quoted in an older Apex service manual. I asked on here last year and I believe a spec of approx. 35 ftlbs came up. I re-grease all wheels every year and "snug" them up with removable threadlocker. If you go to 43 ftlbs you will more than likely be visiting McGregors for mounts. I have the same sled as you.

It happens replace the nuts with nylon locking nuts.
