My RX-1 Works
Veteran
Tundra , those are awesome low budget ideas to improve the performance of the RX-1 by Spray 25. I am a huge fan of low dollar mods. I drilled my brake rotor (free, and rotating masss), removed the rubber mat on top of the carbs, removed the snow deflectors at the front suspension, stabalizer bar, and all idler wheels in rear skid. I use scratchers but only ride up a couple of miles to fresh snow. Every pound taken of the machine is noticed, and they all don't have to cost a fortune.

You want low budget, I can help anyone with a $6 tuperware airbox mod that uses the stock screen/boots, does'nt affect jetting or noise, and saves 4+ lbs(1500miles, works perfect). Or a light pod mod that saves 4.6lbs for cost of a windshield and a halogen fog light. I am also open to anyones cheap, weight saving, ideas.

i re-read this post from last season, and i would try the clutch setup of Rx-1-works
Is this up to date, and what change is gonna make for my sled, who is on stock clutching right now. What i can expect from that. I've been outclimb everytime by a well setup MM700 with 141 last season, even in straight climb. I want to change that a bit this year.
I put a 2'' inch riser, and i gonna put new yamaha Mountain ski. And i have change my helmet, save 1 pounds
(i change it , maybe because he was ugly)
