I installed a full exhaust, and with or without a fuel controller(dolbeck) I have a miss ,or like a skip in acceleration under rapid throttle movement. I have a afr meter, and no matter where I set the fuel it doesn't change. Seems like a tps issue, but not sure?

Sounds like a TPS issue to me, but then you should have had the same problem before you put the full exhaust on. I know Yamaha have had some TPS problems on the Phazer FX but they do exist nn the FX Nytro as well. Just helped a friend to switch TPS earlier this week on his 08 Nytro RTX.
Look in the nytro mtx section. There was a topic like this in there. His problem was the throttle cable was loose.

Did you adjust your clutching ? It's possible you're just hitting the rev limiter due to the added power of the full exhaust. I know when I just added a slip on to mine, I gained over 500 rpms at WOT. Check your rpms when you notice it, and if you're well over 9g, you know it's just what I said above.
dirkdigger was just telling me that when you get off the throttle yama shoots air thru the throttle bodies to help with engine breaking. Like he said thats a instant lean conidition for a split second which feels like a miss. Dont notice it with stock muffler!

Perhaps ya just don't hear it with a stock muffler.

It does NOT do it with the stock muffler. I had the same issue with mine and nothing fixed it, put the stock muffler back on Monday night. Done, it is gone.
Had a Barker with PCIII and also with my GEMS same dead spot for a moment under WOT.

I disabled the tors when it first started missing, wasn't it. It seems like a signal sending issue, because all the led's on the feul controller light up all the way across and blink at the piont of the miss.

Exactly the same as yours. Like a misfire under rapid acceleration.
Mabe you can play with the Co settings to clear it up?

Had a chat with Ullmer,(thanks Allen), Finger pointing at tps as culprit. Going to try a new one see if that takes care of it.
Stupid question but what is TPS do and stand for?
