Replacing the 2 inside idler wheels on my 13 Apex. What is the trick to getting the bolt that holds the wheels on past the inside control rod? I have the rear bumper sitting on the highest setting on my track stand, but it’s not quite high enough to get the bolt out. The raised lip on the bolt can’t get past the control rod. I then set the track stand on a few 2 x 4’s and it’s still not high enough. Any suggestions?

sounding like you might have to drop the rod.

I do it a few years ago without removing the control rod. It was tight, but I managed to get the lip of the bolt past the rod. Not sure why I can’t do it this timesounding like you might have to drop the rod.
