Was doing some ditch banging at the end of the year and hit a chuck of concrete that was in the ditch. It ripped off my belly pan and sheared off all of the plastic connectors.

My question is how do i reinstall the belly pan? Do i have to take off all the outside plastic crowling? And do you install the plastic connectors from the top?

Any help is appreciated. THX

Belly pan goes under the side panels. 2 plastic push pin/nuts each side, 1 in the front and 1 screw/locktin tab each side. i think thats it for harware???

You're lucky that's all it did. You should be throwing that chunk of plastic away. Do a search for Roest skidplate. That's what you want to have under there. It's just too expensive to find out the hard way.

um...

you have to unbolt both side panels...4-bolts total.
then the belly pan requires 5 push pins. 2 on each side, one front center between a-arm mount.
everything is done from the bottom of the sled...I rolled mine on its side to do float plate install.(handlebar stand)
def at least debur the stocker before you put it back on...that thing is scary sharp! its cut more than one oil filter on here.
and i mean the 4 aluminum channels that brace that center belly pan. they are extruded and really sharp.

thx guys def gonna look into the skid plate. There was some minor damage to the frame but nothing serious. looks like i have a summer project now
