as u can guess I am not mechanically inclined and I want to change my oil...how do u get the factory belly pan off the nytro...any help would be appreciated...thanks

Unfortunately; you're going to have to pull a lot of plastic off. Start with side panels, then left & right lower side panels; there is one 10mm bolt at the bottom and 4 (i think) push retainers holding the lower panels on. Once those those lower panels are off, the 4 push retainers of the belly pan; should be accessible.

When changing oil, remember to remove that little bolt at front of engine to drain another 250ml.

If you have your manual there is a great step by step section. Any tips just take your time and give your self a few hours. It does take some time. Good luck.

I have it done guys thanks for your help..not near as hard as I thought...this site is great for getting help...thanks again

Just wondering the manual calls for 3.2 litres with a filter change which I have done, but I am just showing down at the low or bottom of the marker on the dipstick...is this normal...I have put 3.2 litres in the machine

Normal I don't know but it was the same for me. I started there then added till it was full on the dipstick or just a bit under full.

Yeah I was thinking about doing that but I am afraid I will overfill it and that is just as bad as having low oil..would appreciate hearing from others who have seen this and what they did about it....thanks

Due to these units being a "dry sump" type, over filling is not as bad as you think. The pump only pulls enough to fill the gallery and and lower end. It's not like a wet sump where it could over pressure your system and blow out seals. But of course it's better to run it at the nominal level for expansion etc..
