Hi guys, this forum is an excellent resourse of information.
I am uncrating an 05 RX Warrior this morning and preparing to install an MC Express Turbo kit onto it. I have a copy of the extensive installation manual handy, but I was wondering if anybody here can shed some light on the actual carb and clutching set-up they ran after their turbo install, at sea level.
I have heard that some people at sea level have actually reduced their MJ size from 135 to 130 and that they now run a pink-pink-pink primary spring to get it to work right.
I will be reading the manual again this afternoon, but if you can offer any further comments to help with my upcoming install, I would greatly appreciate it.
Cheers,
-Rob

So far the norm is changing the 135 MJ's to 130's, that's fine.
Let's hear some clutching set-ups for 7.5psi of boost and 15psi of boost, I will more than likely go with the manual boost controller.
Heavy Hitters? Secondary clutch springs? Primary springs? I am particularly interested in hearing about set-ups using Yamaha springs and weights, but I am interested in hearing about any set-up that works.
