That's illegal. You have to carry insurance to register vehicles and vehicles must be registered to be used publicly - so they have you there. Plus its an industry where they can't lose. If they experience losses they raise our rates... You file a claim after years of not and they raise your rates to cover their payout, so they screw you at every turn.
If I could go without and pay out of pocket I would be for that, I make good money. Just not good enough to put up the million+ bond or whatever is required to not carry insurance.
But sure, see if they'll cover it.. Its a crooked industry no matter what side you're on. I just dont like being on the losing side.

In Saskatchewan insurance is optional, except for $200,000 public liability. You can add on theft and fire coverage relatively cheap. If you want collision coverage hand over your first born. I self insure. its cheaper.

Doesn't the nytro turn off before overheating?
