I am looking at the FX Nytro rear bumper you can get from Yamaha. I am wondering if this bumper is strong enough to lift on when I get stuck? The side tabs that are used to bolt onto the tunnel look like the might crease/bubble out when you lift up on it. Thanks for the help.

Its there to lift, use it.
from how it's built, I'd say it's stronger than the stock. The stocker is really thin!
I buried my nytro last week in a deep narrow ditch. It was too much work to try and lift it out, so we used a strap on the rear bumper and pulled it out with a truck. Had to give it a couple of good jerks. I can't imagine how to put more stress on the bumber than we did, no problem.
Riding is the most fun when you get stuck once in a while.
