I am looking at a 08 Apex GT with 10k+ miles. It has been very well maintained and does not show the mileage the odo indicates. One year of YES left. Is it worth $5000.[/quote]

Sounds like a excellent deal to me, Im in Canada though, and i see 07's going for 7000 or more. I just sold my 07 apex with alot of cosmetic damage for 5400.

Wow, I just sold a nice 06 RTX with 5700 miles in excellent condition for $3550. Guess I should have held out for more..

No. GT and YES make it woth a bit more, but I can easily find plenty of Apexes and Attaks at 5-6K with 2-5K miles in good shape. Even with perfect maintenance there is too much to wear/go wrong/spend money on at that mileage.

I have been watching an ad now for one with perfect maintenance and good mods that hasn't moved at $4400 with less than 6K miles. And if you are in West MI, I just saw 2 good looking ones on Craigslist, one is on N.MI list and 1 is on GR list.

have a buddy who bought a 07 apex with 1200 miles with a programer and lots of mods for $4000...

wow wish we could get deals like that in ont. always looking at the 08 gt short and long best deal i've seen was 136" for $7500 with 3500 km sold in a day. most are $8500 we get so #%&$ here maybe a trip south is in order someday :)

That is a great deal!!!!

I think the price is high with that mileage. That said if it does not need donuts, driveshaft, bushings, skis beef up, or shock rebuild it's not a bad deal.

Track, donuts, driveshaft bearings, and front end bushings all have less than 1000 miles on them. Clutches were cleaned and inspected last season. I have looked at sleds with 2-4k miles that are in worse condition than this one.

id say it is a good price i wouldnt sell mine that cheap.

With all that done then I'd say it is a pretty good deal.

Look around, and if it feels right and seems like the best deal to you then go for it. ;)!
