I came across this today on ebay, looks like a bit of a farce to me. It seems way to simple to get 30hp from the turn of a button.

I gather that is one of those resistors in a box to fool with the readings to the ecu, to make it think it should alter the fuel mixture. Really don't know what they will do for HP, but I doubt you will see 30+HP out of an 80HP engine.
At least this one has a variable resistor in it.

Seriously that is not going to give you any performance gains. It costs alot more than that to make hp.
