jack shaft bearing # 2007 attak

i can't seem to find the correct part # for the jack shaft bearing and it only shows the nut and collar on the micro fische ,they do have a # for a nut ,bearing. does that mean the nut and bearing come together ?

that is it thanks yamahas 27000 km and the only bearings i have changed were speedo side and idlers .she's gettin an all around tune up .
