Hey all, 2015 RS vector 121” I have front suspension bushings, rear suspension arm and bushings, and almost every bearing on the sled coming soon plus shocks to take off and send out. I’m sure I can guess. But is there a preference on where to put support stands and straps to elevate the sled? Being I have to take the front and rear suspensions apart for service and the shocks will be sent out and who knows the timeline in that. I just don’t want to tweak anything the wrong way.

Well I usually did one end at a time before I built the sled lift from the tec pages. Guys have used chunks of square tubing to act as a place holder for the front shocks. I have old ones sitting around when it is time for a re fresh.

How many miles do you have on your 2015? I have a hard time believing all this needs to be done already unless you put a ton of miles on already.

the front a arms, i could believe as the stock plastic makes 5-6000-km and it is toast for me. rear suspension, i have 10000 miles on my stock 11 skid and it is all still within spec for wear but i do use an evil grease that does not wash out and actually repells water.

9300. Got for a fair price and going thru it before I ride it. Driveshaft bearing rusty, jackshaft dry as a popcorn fart. Going to remove chaincase cover to inspect anyway might as well swap bearings and seals, a couple bogie wheel bearings don’t feel the best so I’ll change them all. A arm bushing shot very sloppy. The rear suspension arm has a protector for the chick that is worn completely thru. Exhaust donuts seem good tho sled stalls very quickly when outlets are plugged. I have a 128” track to swap on. I would rather over maintenance the heck out of something than break down. I do have one of those lifts we built from online specs I might have to swap it onto that. It’s in a table lift right now. Shocks are going to be sent out while I have it torn down.

I also have the led warning light for the starter to install but might put a new starter solenoid in anyway just to be safe, handguards W/mirrors showed up today as well.
