Can anyone advise if the jackshaft bearing on the PTO side is pressed on? I fought with it tonight and it would not move so I'm thinking that is the case... :o|

Nope it's not pressed on to my knowlegde. I believe it's supported with a retainer that unbolts from the chassis before you can remove it. Some bearings are a B@&%$ to remove.

No sorry, not removing it from the sled, that is done. ...and the retaining clip is removed. The bearing won't budge from the shaft so I was thinking it was pressed on.

Pressed on - remove jackshaft to replace bearing.

Yes it is out of the sled. It's pressed on for sure then eh?

Alright thanks guys I'll take it somewhere and get it done tomorrow. Thanks ;)!

I just threw a little heat at mine and it slid right on. Just like replacing polaris crank bearings. haha
