For everybody that is waiting for a reply from jeff. Annie at Boivin sent me a email that said Jeff is no longer working there. She found my complaint in his E files.
 

Thanks that would explain the no reply from Jeff, but not Denis.

Great products but some of the worst customer support I have ever had. To bad they do not do both things great.
 
When Jeff left somone should have been available to answer your questions? Dont they have a email or 1-800 number? If they do and have been ignoring their customers I will not deal with them at all.

After almost 10 days of no response from Jeff (2 emails). I emailed Denis. This is in regards to premature wheel damage, I then got two short responses from Denis who asked that I send the wheels back for replacement but refused to discuss why they were failing with me and has quit responding again.

Honestly their support is so bad I would almost rather pay for a product that was of lesser quality that had great support.

Is there anything like the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in Canada like we have in the states?
 
I emailed Annie about the rough stutter bumps,they sujested a lighter duel rate springs,I okayed the purchase order in 3 days I have the springs. Now that is service, I am very happy with Annie,Thank you very much AD Boivin "Annie" Butch.

The problem with the better business bureau in Canada is that if they respond within a certain time period to a complaint they will end up getting an award. It works backwards here. Company's with no complaints rarely get awards.

Which wheels are failing?

Yesterday, I did leave a message to Denis, and he did return my call in the afternoon. Just send an email to Annie, and ask Denis to give you a call back!
 
I will start trying to go through Annie as she seems to respond.

It is the very front set of wheels that are between the rails.

Would be nice to know of these options, It would be great if they listed such items on their web site.
 
I was curious to see how the skid would hold up over the season. Sounds like a mixed bag of reviews? I was surprised that the company would not offer any type of racer discount for the skid. They wouldn't even offer me last spring's TY price. I figured they either felt they could sell every skid for full price or they didn't have faith it would hold up to race conditions.
