WOOOOOO im going crazy here! 
i went to the dealer to think about buying a new yamaha.. i liked the RTX.. and we found around to find out its the LAST RTX coming our way this year that has not been sold already.. so i took it! Its still on the ship heading to land... Anyways i cant wait to share photos and stories with you all

By the time yours comes in I'll have some picks of mine up so you can see what I did to it. Painted vents and handguards is about it. You can't really screw with perfection to much. Wait till you see it in the sunlight!

nice! cant wait to see the pictures. I spend hours yesterday looking at yamaha's site trying to find out what to buy my yamaha bucks on.. Any ideas what color to match with the rtx? had some ppl saying silver.

Do those grills just pop right out? or do you tape around it for the painting?

Oh my god don't just mask and paint!!! Always take apart then paint. Three or four metal clips on the back and they come right off.
