K &N Filter (fit?)

Does the K&N Filter fit the Attak/Apex or does the molded nut on the filter case hit the chassis?

I know hauck powersports has some kind of kit designed for the Apex models. From what they say, 3-4 more hp. Give em a call.

Ah, I should have said the oil filter. That's all I'm really looking for.
