So I bought my RX1 sled and it has K&N filters on it and jetted,,,, but i find im going thru alot of oil,,, only place i can see it wet is around the small vent filter,, its saturated and getting all over the place?? whats up?? Is this normal?

the 03 rx had bad rings, and the blowby forces the oil out the breather tube. try running some ringfree or seafoam, it can help but the fix is new rings, a good job for summer.

its only got 7000 miles how could it be rings??
would it be a issue with a blocked hose or something the guy who installed the filters wrong maybe?? Ive already found the air filters were loose and falling off, didnt seem like a pro job or anything, so should i suspect his work 1st?
What should the compression be,, i run a check.

03 rx had bad rings. not all burned oil but many did. comp should be 200-210 with minimum being 179. filters were not the cause of problem but crankcase hose can be vented into filters so engine burns it instead of making a mess everywear.
