Keeping Rodents out of your seat, etc during storage

You may laugh, but I use peppermint oil extract on cotton balls. No rodent will go near it, works in my camper, cars, and sled trailer. Best part is the sweet smell at the end of storage. ;)!

I use fabric softner sheets, the ones that go into the dryer. Never had a problem since I went to them.

Me too put them in my boat, in the winter time campers etc... THEY WORK AWESOME plus there pretty cheep : ) Before i started using them every spring i would have to clean out tons of bird seed wool and all sorts of stuff. Really guys they do work ;)!

I may just have to try that, But I just use moth balls, I put a few in 2 or 3 little dixie cups and put in strategic areas of the sled (lol) I used rat poison for years, but when you spread that around the shed and your 40lb dog eats some :o| it's not good, I've never had issues with any rodents but you never know what sneeks in when the doors are open

Not exactly rodents, but while my dog and the sled share the same garage, I lean Screens from screen doors on the sled, so the dog wont eat the seat or rip it apart.

This happened to a guy I know and since then, have always used the screens. Just some old things lying around and cost nothing.

Steel Wool in the exhaust tips. A box of moth balls just loosley scattered around in my trailer on the floor works for me.
