Has anyone had any experiance, or herd anything about, the Klim Fusion gloves???? They sound like a good glove and my dad has trouble keeping his hands warm.

Thanks for the help!!!!! ;)!

I noticed the Summit and Fusion gloves are much more spendy than the Togwotee and the Klimate gloves. Hopefully they are warmer because I have the Klimate gloves and they are only OK IMO. I think my old leather Yamaha gloves are warmer.

I agree with jouneyman on the OK status. However,I think Klim put 50 grams more Thinsulate in this years klimate gloves, mine were 150g. maybe new ones are warmer. Otherwise great glove.

got a pair of the klimate yamaha gloves, they are the best gloves ive ever had,my 09 vector's handwarmers arent the greatest, everybody knows that,so i bought some gauntlets last year, over the weekend we did some lake riding in -30 with no gauntlets, warmers set to max and i never got cold,on warmer days i wont need much heat,i am very happy

Don't know much about the fusion glove. But the Klim Togwotee glove is awesome. I was running around in -10 degree weather with the crappy stock heaters and never once had cold hands. I don't think you can go wrong with anything that is Klim. ;)!

I have had cold hand problems for many years so , I decided to get the Klim Fusion gloves at $159. including shipping. Very nice glove but...still cold hands. I guess the problem really lies with me and not with the gloves I have used over the years. I have since added gauntlets which work nicely but are a pita.

Arteeex has these gloves and used them last weekend. He does not have a Rock's kit and his hands stayed very warm on a long ride I think......

I think he liked them.

Mike, I'm not sure that I'm all the comfortable with you commenting on my warm hands. I thought we talked about this.

The fusion gloves are very nice. They have a fleece divider on the inside. On one side of this divider the palm of your hand is closer to the palm of the glove and gives you greater insulation on the back of your hand and a more tactile grip. On the other side of the divider you have about equal amounts of insulation front and back. The downside to this position, however, is the feeling of a less secure grip due to movement in the palm-side layer. It's not terrible but noticeable. These gloves are about 140 bucks, warm and unless they fall apart before the season ends, worth the cost.

Being a jeanous too, I figured that you can wear them with your throttle hand under the divider and brake hand over it. Since I seem to keep a tighter grip with my right hand the more tactile side of the divider was secure feeling with the throttle.

I ordered a pair of the fusion gloves over the weekend, I have the Klim Klimate gloves and still very cold... I ordered the Fusion gloves because i figured i could feel the heat from my Yamaheater with less insulation on the palm and more on the top of the hand (to protect from the wind). Also i figure if worse comes to worse and i see -30 some morning on a Quebec trip, i could throw a hot hands in that pocket/divider to provide an extra bump in heat.

The Klim Summit, Fusion and Togwotee gloves all seem to be very well made and warm. I currently have the Summit gloves, and have no problem even in very cold temps. I have a pair of one-year old Togwotee gloves for sale in the classified section. I have a buddy that rides an 09 Nytro RTX SE that tried the Togwotees in 5 degree weather in Michigan. He said that he had never had a pair of gloves that could warm his hands up during a ride if he started off cold. These were the first gloves that he's found this problem to be taken care of. In my opinion, Klim gloves are a very good purchase!

Have been using a pair of Reima and Klim Togwotee gloves for a couple of years now. Reima glove's are warmer, but you can't beat the comfort of the Togwotee gloves. They seem really thin when you grip, which is nice. Togwotee's should be good to 10F or so.
