Check your belt for wear.
Adjust secondary via three bolts and shim spacers on the back of it until it rides in the 2ndary clutch at the proper height

Needs more power, better conditions at less resistance be it rolling or wind.

Just remember guys more power = more problems. I read all the issues guys are having weather it be mechanical or electrical and i often wonder if you would be having any issues had you left it stock..Needs more power, better conditions at less resistance be it rolling or wind.
Just a thought.

Ive never had any issue with any of my N/A modz(can, intake, header, evo flash, clutch kit, machined clutches), and now with over 700 miles on self installed turbo with no issues.
I believe allot of issues people are having are self inflicted from either lack of knowledge, common sense or rushing through the install, but how else will guys learn, anyhow mod on as its fun

That'll never happen with Cannondale, I'm turbo now and dont regret it but do miss the down low N/A snap, i can tell you that a properly tuned N/A sled is every bit as fast or faster up to 70mph vs a low boost 5-6 psi turbo, i went turbo cause i couldnt stand having throttle pinned to the bars and only getting upper 80's on the trail, especially when a yellow 2 stroke 800 would pass me and i had nothing left. Now 90's are at 1/2 throttle and 120's are the norm.Put a turbo on that thing. Then report back
