Has anyone heard from Chris or talked with him recently? I got one of his 2.5 inch risers and need a Ram Mount ball. He said he'd ship me one out but haven't gotten anything or any replies from him. Is there anywhere else I can order a Ram mount ball to fit the Riser? Thanks By the way his riser rocks alot better position for me and mt riding style and very good quality. Would highly recommend his risers. Hope evrything is ok with Chris.

Mark did you have to repace any cables for longer ones? I would like to add the lake effect 2.5 riser to my sled.

I just had to reroute my throttle cable a little I didn't do anything at first but truning to full lock to the left it would throw a code for the TORS. I rerouted and no code at all should I should be good to go. I went with the first riser listed in the products section. The 2.5 Riser It is a very high quality piece and looks rugged. Was able to pivot my bars forward and very easy to just loosen the 10mm bolts pretty sure that was the size to readjust if you want or needed too. I highly recommend Lake Effect gonna get one for my wifes sled at some point. Chris is a great guy to deal with. I also heard from Chris and as I thought he's been extremely busy with his day job but he will get back to you I can guarentee that. Hope this helps.

Thanks Mark, any tips on rerouting the throttle cable?

All I did was remove the three philips screws on the left side(sitting on sled) of the right control and unhook the throttle cable and run it under the handle bar. Mine was on top of bar and I think most are. Then I started sled and turned the bars full left and full right and didn't throw any codes nor did the motor increase the revs which happens if it is binding. Hope this helps you out and enjoy your riser if you get one. I've used Rox before but IMHO I think the Lake Effect is better built and a better piece plus Chris is a site sponsor and a small business owner who in my opinion deserves my hard earned money before some big name Corp.
