I don't like the idea of the toolkit bouncing around freely in the tunnelbag. I'm afraid on a rough day these tools come loose and wreak havoc on the tunnel. I did notice inside tunnelbag on each side lies a tiny pouch. Unfortunately, the toolkit is too big and doesn't fit, therefore I downsized the kit a little.
Since my sled always sleeps in heated garage and I adjust my shocks before riding, no sense keeping these wrenches in there.
Also, removed black strap that was there as I'm not sure it's possible to start this badboy by wrapping that thing around the clutch anyway.
With these things gone, toolkit now fits in the side pouche and with lid zipped it apears secure but is yet to be determined.
I also took spare belt and mounted it in belly pan under driven clutch. This frees up more room in the tunnelbag for other essentials.
Anyone have any additional ideas?

If you reroute the airintake you could use the airbox for a real nice toolbox!

The frst year I put mine in the large tunnel bag in the pocket on the side. at 300 miles the pocket was completely torn out. Mine is now strapped to the belt cover inside the spare belt. I am not sure of the room on the sidewinder vs the Viper.

How did you mount or hold down the spare belt below the clutch? Any concern that if you blow the belt it may damage the spare?
