I think Yamaha's lack of installing a decent looking windshield on the Phazer is going to cost them sales. Throwing a National Cycle Plexistar II plexifaring on a sled you have obviously spent millions on the development of is like putting a Maco paint job on a Ferrari!
If only yhey had gotten with Cobra (or any other windshield manufacturer) and put a nice looking dark windshield on the sled (functional or not) the sled would look just that much cooler.
Maybe some of you photo shop wizards can play with this sled using an Apex windscreen or maybe something from another brand and make this thing look cool?

I tried to play with the picture in a paint program but I suck. I can't get it to look good. Cobra website has all kinds of cool pictures. If only I could get them to paste.

i dont like that windshield at all...interesting about the ohlin shocks though....thats the shocks that are fitted on the Nytro here in Sweden...real nice shocks in mu opinion...ohlin 36 with clicker adj. compression

I don't like it either. I'm sure they can do MUCH better!
Come on Cobra make a decent looking windshield for this sled and demand 10% of the profits from Yamaha once their sales take off when this sled looks 100% better with a sharp looking windshield.

Dont get me wrong, that shield i'm sure is real nice and cozy and all...but it just aint sweet looking =/ Do like the chrome effect on it though....
