Limiter Strap on Apex GT

I wanted to adjust my limiter strap on my 07 GT. When I looked at it, I see it only has one set of holes. Is this correct?? My buddys 06 Attak ER has three different adjustment holes. Are the GT's supposed to have extra holes in the strap or not????

Look again, I believe the top mounting is were you will find it can be adjusted.
