sorry if this has been answered already, i searched and can't find it!

I bought a used 07 attak. love it so far. Looking for more ski pressure and everyone seems to recommend cranking the limiter strap up one hole from stock. My question... what is stock? Im assuming it would be the middle of the 5 holes, but am not sure. Called my yammy dealer and he said there really is no "stock" setting, its all rider preference! My machine has been setup on difference holes, so its hard to tell where it started!

Can you guys help me out with this?

Stock is at the first set of holes (longest). ;)!

So I've got it set on the middle of the 5 holes... too tight?

You probably just need more agressive carbides on your skis. 2 up from stock (center position) on the limiter strap isn't a bad thing. If you don't want to buy carbides you can try increasing your front suspension spring preload, decrease rear suspension transfer via the transfer rod, and increase rear shock preload.

I was experienceing alot of pushing in corners. I increased my fox floats from 50 psi to 65 psi and noticed an immediate improvement. I wanna keep my front end as low as possible though so I don't wanna go any harder on the floats. I had crappy carbides on so I installed a set of shaper bars. Gunna ride this week and see how it is with the shaper bars on. If I still need more I'll play with my limiter strap... we'll see...

bmcfadden, I have a very nice set of woodys executive carbides. They have 8 inches of 60 degree carbide in the middle, carbide wear bads on each end and hard weld in the middle. They are an agressive carbide. They are new in the package, I paid $90 for em, Id sell em for $60 plus shipping if you're interested...
