2011 xtx not much better guys, have to be on full blast when its minus 20c. I guess its an improvement so i can handle sled a bit better. Thank god for rear exhaust to warm the hands on lol

Yeah I dont want to sound like a whiner, but the problem is not "fixed" like they said. Like I said before its nice my hands have some feeling now compared to my 07 but its not fun. I do purchase $100 dollar gloves every season too. Handguards arent much help either. Is there a remedy? Yes. Can it be fixed? Yes. But thats not the point, it should be right in the first place
 
Hard to believe that a corporation the size of Yamaha has this issue with this many models within their snowmobile product line. Clearly shows a lack of PQV (product quality validation).

Ya I was very unhappy with my hand warmers, one night I had to stop no mater what I did I had to get my hands warmed up it was bad close to frost bite.
Thank God For Yamaheaters, I would have had to sell the sled.
 
I was injured in a motocross accident that severed nerves from my shoulder down the arm to my right hand. if I didn't have yammaheater w/boost I wouldn't be able to ride in cold weather.

Had to buy Rock's Yamaheater. Everyone was laughing at me warming my hands on the exhaust.
