But mine work fine 09 Phazer RTX was riding the other night at 100kmph and was about - 16oc. hands stayed mice and warm in my 15 dollar mitts, mitts it the key not gloves trust me bad frostbite really hurts. I acctualy turned them down to half the power. completely stock handle bars

'08 Phazer MTX. If you grab the grip with a bare hand you can tell that they're on, but barely.

C'mon Yamaha, make this right.
 
I am actually one of the very few lucky ones. My 08 Nytro RTX hand and thumb warmers work great. Mine actually get too hot if I run them on high. It sucks that they all don't work like this from the factory. Cold hands are not fun.
