- 2008 Nytro FX
I just bought an 08 Nytro FX which was converted from the 121 to 144 with a Hartman extension kit. It has the factory shocks in it and the rear shock is done. I priced one out from Yamaha and they're 700 bucks.
1.- Is this shock rebuildable?
2- If not,is there an affordable aftermarket shock?
3- Does anyone have one they want to sell?

It appears to be a factory gas unit with a small reservoir attached to the shock. Not a remote reservoir.

The std fx had an aluminum body with natural finish and only compression dampening.
The RTX had aluminum body and were black with compression and rebound adjustment.
Both had resi's and both rebuildable.

I just posted a picture of my shock in my album for anyone who's interested. Is this considered a remote reservoir shock? Is this shock rebuildable?
