Are there any options, other than nitrous, that will give this motor a solid 30hp+ power increase. I know turbos are awesome but not everyone is looking for that kind of power or expense. Thinking along the lines of exhaust/intake and fuel/ignition remapping. I'm pretty sure it's doable, just wondering if there is a kit available or components to put something together.

I was positive we would have a solution by now without boost. I was hoping the sno-cross engine mods would be incorporated in a SE MTX. I would be all over that!

but boost is by far the cheapest way to attain power, u only end up with alot more than 30 but, reaching real 30 the other way is really really hard and really expensive.

Nitrous is the cheapest way to go.. Naturally you will never get close to 30hp.. 10 hp maybe..
I ran a 40-50 hp shot last year on my Nytro mtx BD kit, worked awesome could keep up withmy buddies 800-900 2 smokes..
$1000 bucks its cheap HP.. I went to boost this year but the nos worked good for the $$

You'd have to do a combination of air, exhaust, fuel controller, timing, plugs, to get close, but you'll have a bundle into it.
If you're looking for a modest increase in performance, I would start with gearing and clutching, and maybe exhaust?
