Looking for gearing/clutching advice

Hi,
Just bought a used 2009 Nytro MTX 153 for a backcountry hut access machine. I want to take the kids on it, tow a skimmer and be able to get up into the mountains on logging roads. Cost, durability and reliabilty are all musts, which is why I went with a yammy. Can you give me advice on clutching/gearing and also cooling to make this into a sport/utility sled?
