I,m trying to find new viper MTX turbo riders in my area, I can't be the only one. All of my buddy's are riding 800's as usual. When I explain to them my reasoning for buying a turbo 4 stroke I get a deer in the headlights look. My favorite response is "ya it's going to be powerful, but now you can't go slow"? My friend is now bragging that his sled can go slower! Jesus, God and Heaven I can't win.
It's like riding a Ninja with your Harley buddy's, they just don't get it.

I would be up for a ride in Cantwell if you like to ride there

All of this is just HILARIOUS!!! Same thing on my Raider, blows the doors off the Hardly boys.

I will have one when it gets here. Was up north working when they brought a demo to Cantwell this last spring, so my 23 yr old son went and test road for me. He rides a 13 Pro RMK and loved the Yami. Never maid to any hills just stayed in the trees

Where about in the state are you? Im always looking for a fellow sloper to ride with as well. Mid week riding while everyone else is working is the best

I work full time at the Alyeska shop for ASRC in Fairbanks but Spend most of the year working projects up and down the line. Fred

I have friends all up and down the parks hwy and we go to Cantwell 25% of the time, the others times in Paxson/ summit lake area. I,m a weekend rider.

I was told yesterday, we were not going to see our MTX Vipers till the first or second week of November, and the dealer needs another week for the turbo install.

What craft are you in? I am a 302 heavy equipment mechanic. Sounds like we need to get with Adams574 and go to Cantwell.

Thats funny I"m in the Heavy shop as well but we're non union up here.

Yeah I would like to get a couple of Yamaha rides together. See how many new Vipers MTXs we can get in a group. Im on 2x2 so when im home im always up for a ride. Last year i rode both Paxion and cantwell for the first time. My Cantwell ride was during the Anchorage Yamaha MTX test ride and i ended up meeting and riding with a couple of people from Fairbanks and had a really good time there. I would like to explore Cantwell a lot more. Paxson was just too far, 6hr drive to go riding is a bit much without a cabin or lodge to stay at close by and i hear the paxson lodge is a dive at best if its even still open

Ill have to call Anc Yamaha on tuesday, last i was told they were getting a shipment in around the 25th. So fingers crossed

2n2 would be sweet. I ride mostly weekends also but can get off any time. I prefer riding Cantwell, ussally up the east fork of the Chulitna couple miles north of the igloo.

That's a great place to ride at 194mp pull out. They are still shy on snow, brush is six feet tall so it's going to take a bit. Paxson/summit lake has some to ride but you got to get up a ways.

We've got some in at anchorage yamaha! Can't wait to get things going. Hopefully start slapping turbos on these things soon and out the door they go.
We have a lot in store for these things. Lightweight hoods, seats, wraps, boards, skis, BOOST and much more. It's going to be a awesome winter!
