It looks like the gauge cluster just snaps in, but is there anyway to tighten it or stop it from being so sloppy? Mine is so loose and the bottom of the cluster corners are starting to wear into the black plastic panel.

I took the gauge cluster out, applied some clear silicone, and stuck it back in - I haven't had any issues since.
Put it in with 100% silicone. That way it will come apart when needed
I guess we were talking at the same time! LolI took the gauge cluster out, applied some clear silicone, and stuck it back in - I haven't had any issues since.

Just pull straight out????? mine rattles around but I can't pull off.
There are tabs on the back of the cluster flange that snap into the dash piece. As long as it's somewhat warm you shouldn't have a problem pulling it out.

Remove goggle bag and you can reach up inside and squeeze the clips to help make releasing the cluster easier. Also that is where the headlight adjuster is located.

There are two tabs on the back side of the speedo that need to be pressed in to remove it.
