lost both rubber stopper

this is the 2 time this year i lost both w arm rubber stoppers. i tightend my shock spring all the way i must be bottoming out on them does this happen to any one els. any input would be great. do you think i need a new shock!

Probably need the shock rebuilt.. if you have been blowing the stoppers out I would definately take the arm out and check for cracks. I broke my W arm after 10,000 miles on my Rage. It was cracked two years prior... I feel due to a weak shock. I welded the cracks back then.
I broke the spring last week about 1,000 miles after the W arm.
