Finally got some snow and took the 04 warrior out tonignt. Carbs have been cleaned, little o-rings in place, throttle cable adjusted properly as to not activate TORS, stock airbox and jets. The thing has a 1/2 second delay from when you pin it until the rpm's go up. once it takes off it sounds fine it is just the bog from the inital start. ANybody have any ideas????

How long has it been since the carbs were cleaned? I have the same problem with my carbed street bikes for the first 50 miles after they have been sitting in the garage for any more than 3 weeks. After running gas through it in 50 miles of riding, the hesitation clears up. Try running a tank of gas through it with a good dose of carb cleaner. I bet the hesitation will clear up without having to remove and open up the carbs. If it does not clear up, you can still take the carbs off and clean them.

What do you have the idle set at?
about 1,400rpm

You may want to consider moving the idle up to 1600-1800 RPM. Then let us know what you are seeing. ;-)
Also, if it is running fine after you get started moving, you may want to dump a little carb cleaner in too. Never hurts and who knows what may have been forming up in the fuel.
