I wanted to say thanks to all who contribute here, gearheads, tinkerers, enthusiasts and vendors. I've been a lurking mofo, chimed in a few times, will be doing some more mods after seat time, but probably not till the off season. Met a few people here, or at least about to IRL and grab some libation when I see them in ME next week.

I had the dealer (Gary's Yamaha) install all the goodies, set my initial susp settings where I want, remove, anti-seize and reinstall the muffler/turbo bolts, and a few other things I read about here. I'll be riding w 3 generations next week, Dad is almost 79 and still kisses 100 on his doo.

YES. I grew up in CT and rode with Dad and friends til i moved at 24, usually northern ME or Quebec. So, dad still rides, why not celebrate his health and keep riding with my son and friends.... the math sucks, but it's time with Dad. Mom grew up in Madawaska.

And yea, the skis are cool, a little wide, but I'll get used to it.

Looks great Conedodger. Garys sent me a bunch of pictures this afternoon of my Winder too. 5 days for me before I take delivery and put on the first miles. Gonna be a cold week up there...frigid now, but going even lower next week starting the day I go up on the 26th. That’s ok...been waiting 9 months for this lol.

So who is chuck,i remember john and john and pete,i am sure he has hired a few more mechanics since my last purchase from him was 2010 maybe even a tad longer than that lol time flies when you start getting old.

Chuck is a do it all guy. He worked there many years ago, moved down south for a number of years and has since returned. He doesn' t talk much as he prefers working over talking, but he is a riot!!!
