m-10 air w/on the fly adjustment and dual tek front air

Anyone try this combo on there apex,fast has a complete m-10 conversion kit,with on board compressor,for on the fly adjustabality,and there dual tek front air shocks,complete for $2,439 plus $39.00 for the pump,sounds like a great upgrade,to an older apex,has anyone yried either combo ,of these two products,if so did it slow down the sled much,and was the ride and handling that much improved. thanks pete
