Only have a couple of rides on my turbo but I'm not real comfortable with the way it wheely's. Ive got an sc-10 Summit skid in it with a 151X16 track. I've messed with the limit straps a bit but wow does this thing want to go over backward or what!!! I toyed with the idea of a longer track but really like the manoeverability (sp) of the 151. Some guys I've talked to say the m10 will totally solve the problem. Any real world experience? What does the m10 do that the others dont? Would it make an already heavy sled feel even heavier at slow speeds? Anyone??

The m-10 is fully coupled front to back/back to front so it will squat on acceleration. You will still get a little ski lift but very controlled. I have run them for 10 years and once you get the set up they are awesome. My watercrosser will wheely over backwards with SC-10 but keeps skiis 4 inches off the water with M-10.

P.S. I have no long track mountain experience though, might act completely different there.

x-rated- What year is your machine?
I am guessing it is not a 2005, or you would already have a better suspension than an M-10- the fully coupled Yamaha Suspension!
Some of us are thinking about straightening the rail (press) on the '05.
PS: Even the 2003-04 suspension works great with a turbo.

wheely over backwards
Just ask Julian at Yamaha shop in Salmon Arm, BC
thrid or forth time his Vector got the best of him.
He says the new suspensions on 05 are very nice riding but can't climb steep hills cause it just flips over backwards.
They have tried moving suspension back and built spacers and lots of work to get to work but ordered up M10 after riding a couple of them.
M10 new mountain really out climbs the rest from what the guys that all ride these turbos say.
