The red heel clicker spring was crazy... I can't believe anyone really compressed that while on the sled using just brute force. I ended up using the secondary bolt and a bunch of washers to compress it, and it was still rough having to compress it as much as I did. Save yourself the hassle and time, and make a homemade "turks" compressor using threaded rod and some washers/nuts. I am picking some up next time I'm at the hardware store. First ride went well with turks setup... the kit really doesn't seem to like the powder... and unfortunately that's all Ive got right now. Can't wait to try it out on the trail next weekend.

Also.. how much play should there be on the secondary? After I replaced the bolt I noticed there is about 1.5 mm of play... or did I do something?

the side to side play in your secondary is fine. Its supposed to float a little.
