Manual boost controller install question

I have a turbosmart manual boost controller. The T has an arrow on it and was wondering which direction the arrow goes? The T has one restricted nipple opposite the direction the arrow is pointing. I assume the arrow needs to point towards the wastegate? Thanks for any info.

it should say on the controller but the arrow will point toward the waste gate
