In the off season I installed my Maxximum Performance revalved viper shocks in my RX-1 rear skid with their springs and also installed straight rate springs in the front. Now that I have put a couple of hundred miles on the upgrade I have some pros and cons.
Pros:
1. The rear skid no longer rattles your kidneys in the stutter bumps. You literally do not feel them with their valving and spring combination. This alone is worth the upgrade.
2. The straight rate springs helped the ski lift but not enough so I am going to install the longer links next week.
Cons:
1. I didn't see much improvement, if any at all, in the bigger bumps. The ride is still too rough in that category.

I also purchased the suspension kit and my observation is this. It rides better than stock , your right it helped in the washboard more than in the big bumps but still a marked improvement . It also helped the way it handled , I have the longer links installed and this sled is much improved. This is a good set up.
