My 07 Attak has only 160 miles on it but everytime I ride in rolling bump trails I hear knock after knock from the rear skid as it falls into the lower section of each whoop. Is this normal for this skid? It's quite loud and drives me crazy. Sounds like I've broken something although nothing looks out of place. Help/advise needed please.
Its just the transfer rod toping out as you go across the bumps.

that is the way the good old mono is. very clunky on bumps. i think its the limiter straps tightening up

It is your weight transfer rod that does that sound, every mono suspension does that.More weight transfer more clunk. Some have put a rubber washer in the weight transfer to reduce the clunk.
