Could that be a 1993 Exciter SX next to it? That was one of my favorite sleds! I would love to find one in mint condition!

Phazer looks great!

Cobalt

I know where there is one for sale but I dont know how much. I know it is in very good condition though. e-mail me if interested

what do you need that kind of protection for. any decent hit will just destroy the metal mat anyways.

and its not like its gonna stop snow/ice buildup, if anything it will hang to it more

The material that I used is NOT gutter guard, it is 1/8" thick expanded aluminum. If the guard gets hit hard enough to break, I will assure you that the side pannel will be toast.

I do feel that this will help stop the snow build up in front of the radiator because the opening is now flush across (not a big pocket to hold snow). If or when the screen gets plugged with snow you will be able to brush it off without bending the radiator fins.

Time will tell, but I think that it is a winner

has anybody proved that an inlet grill does anything useful and doesn't create other problems?

i clear the inlet if it is blocked when i park.i think it plugs up and then unplugs itself from boucing around.

i haven't had problems with overheating. i would be afraid to put that grill in there because it seems like it will hold the snow and the inlet won't clear itself anymore.
