The time I got the radar speed I let off before the end of the track because i had everybody covered and was pulling away fast.Trying not to hurt the motor.I had 107 octane in it but afraid I hurt the motor also.It still runs good but alot more blowby than before.Hopefully it is from carbon buildup because motor was real rich.Blowing black smoke and reading 9.8-10.0 on the wideband.
It is a CPR turbo setup on a stock motor.I run 6# all the time with 12# at the push of a button.I only use high boost when the tank has race gas in it.It was really warm Saturday and I had trouble restarting the sled if I shut it off and did not let it cool.You could see the gas boiling out of the carbs in the clear line to the boost t's.I think the carb heater lines would have to be bypassed next time with that warm of temps.It had never given me any problems at all with just a little cooler outside air temps.
